The complaint cites Article 60 of the Ley de Responsabilidades Administrativas de la Ciudad de México, emphasizing unlawful enrichment, concealment of assets, and conflicts of interest.
Additionally, the complaint names other Metro officials, including:
- Fernando García Ostria – Coordinator of High Tension
- Clemente García – Sub-head of the Pilotage Department
- Hugo Rosas – Sub-head of the Telecom Department
- Octavio Huesca – Head of Tacubaya Automatic Pilot
These individuals are accused of systematic harassment of workers and even theft of critical Metro parts.
